Services for Alumni

We know that the decision to become, and remain, healthy is a lifelong commitment.

Getting healthy from the inside out takes time and a community of supportive friends, healthcare providers, activities, and services that will help you solidify your life-long goal of health and well-being.

That’s why our alumni are encouraged to take advantage of the many services offered to continue their Emotional, Nutritional, and Physical movement development.

Here are a few of the supportive services we highly recommend following completion of our three workshops:

1.  Emotional Eating & Interpersonal Process Therapy Group

Because so many of our participants find the group support aspect of their treatment process to be SO powerful, TheHealthyWeighOut offers a weekly therapeutic support group. This group is open only to people who have completed all 3 workshops. As a result, you are surrounded by like-minded and like-bodied individuals who are dedicated to continuing their transformational process together!

Facilitated by program co-creator, Dr. Julie T. Anné,  this powerful group brings participants to a deeper level of connection within their self – and with others –  as participants move to incorporate learned skills and behaviors into daily relational life. An abundance of support and continued growth is poignantly found in these working aftercare groups.

Workshop participants are welcome to join this group (at an additional cost) at any time upon completion of all three workshops. Currently, the group meets every Tuesday from 5:30-7:00pm in our Scottsdale center.

2.  Become a Member of our GLOBAL Virtual Community, Circle of Hope

Circle of HOPE is our GLOBAL, emotionally-safe, online community designed to educate the world about the hidden pieces that create and drive emotional and binge eating. As a member of our Circle of HOPE, you will have access to a variety of educational opportunities exclusive to this membership community, including: (1) weekly video “chats” with our Co-Founders, Dr. Julie & Dr. Ashley to learn about the “deeper work” that is necessary for full and lasting recovery; (2) weekly video “chats” with our Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, Amy Reynolds; (3) “Mission Monday” action plans to support your recovery process; (4) Dr. Ashley’s “Recovery Hacks” videos to simplify your recovery process; and (5) connections with other like-minded, like-bodied individuals just like you who are also eager to understand and explore their own “hidden pieces” underneath emotional and binge eating. 3. Repeat Workshops

Old habits die hard, which is why we encourage workshop participants to come back for a “refresher” whenever they want. With the option to repeat one, two, or all three workshops, you can customize which material you would like to review. As a token of “thanks” to our dear alum, we proudly offer a 10% repeater’s discount to anyone who has already completed all three workshops and would like to come back for seconds.

4. Individual Therapeutic Services

And don’t forget, you can always participate in our Individual Emotional and Nutritional Therapeutic Services at any time ~ you do not have to complete any of the workshops before beginning your individualized and customized one-on-one support from our expert team of emotional and binge eating specialists.
